Marketing Director
Job Description
Global entertainment company Big Media is looking for a junior level marketing person to join our growing team. Applicant should be a self-starter, ambitious, and someone who understands the intersection of creativity and business. Your primary responsibilities will be creating, developing, and executing marketing campaigns around our TV shows that are in development, in production, or premiering around the globe. The ideal candidate will have graphic design skills to create content for a variety of different outlets including social media, industry trades, mailchimp emails, show treatments, show posters, corporate presentations, pitches, and will have a deep knowledge of SEO and other important marketing reach skills. This role will require strong communication skills liaise with both our internal original production team in Prague and our vendors (3rd party producers based around the globe) to source a variety of source media like stills, trailers, poster/banner images, info about the show, graphics, and other info, as well as interacting with the sales team to coordinate leads.
While our current office policy is “work from home” we are only considering candidates based in the tri-state area . Our New York based team meets bi-monthly, in-person, in New York, and the rest of the international team has a weekly meeting via video conference.
