BIG Media series 'SPY OPS' rated 'most riveting ever' by impressed viewers

Viewers have been left in awe after binge watching the newly released docuseries Spy Ops on Netflix, with some calling it the 'best' documentary they've watched.

The series became available to watch on the streaming site on September 8, and has already been met with rave reviews from fascinated viewers around the globe.

Spy Ops takes a deep dive into the world of geopolitics, with intelligence operatives from MI6 and the CIA sharing their personal accounts of spy craft, Cold War campaigns, and coups carried out by covert agents.

The eight-part series sees episodes focusing on politically controversial events, such as Opertation Jawbreaker, in which US troops touches down in Afghanistan with a mission to take down the Taliban only fifteen days after September 11, 2001.

Other episodes follow MI6's daring attempt to retrieve a Soviet double agent from Moscow, as well as showcasing a testimony from a man who planned and attempted an assassination of Catholicism's highest figure, Pope John Paul II.
