SYNOPSIS:

Use it or Lose it features Melissa Rivers and Matt Paxton as they help uber consumers across America downsize their vast collections. Melissa, a recovering maximalist, teams up with extreme cleaning expert Matt Paxton to help these uber consumers sort through their belongings, organize their space, and decide what to keep, sell, and donate. In each episode, Matt and Melissa meet with a client who is maxed out on their maximalism. Whether they’ve got a closet overflowing with 1,000 pairs of shoes, or an entire home filled with collectibles, these uber consumers have reached their limits and are ready to declutter. Matt and Melissa will meet with clients, hear the stories behind their treasured items, and help them sort through things - deciding what’s worth keeping, what has hidden resale value, and what they can donate to make a positive impact.
